COMPASS is an “open source” project with the participation of environmental NGOs
and experts who have long engaged in advocacy work on energy or climate change issues.
COMPASS aims to present more realistic energy scenarios than those of the government.
Our hope is to stimulate discussion upon energy issues, and gradually move our country's
energy policy towards a sustainable path.
